About 600 students from four primary schools - Balfour, Gavrieli, Tel Nordau, and Hayovel - will participate in Living in the City, the educational program of the White City Center. The program will expand to fifth grades and will include the project of planning and nurturing the garden at Gavrieli School. The educational program focuses on the city and our relationship with the urban environment, offering experiential learning of architecture, design, and art through workshops and urban tours. Living in the City emphasizes and deepens the connection between the personal space and the design of the residential environment and the urban-public space, and explores modern architecture and the White City as part of the heritage that shaped Tel Aviv.
