Seamless Neighbourhood - Redrawing the City of Israel, a book by Motti Ruimy and Paul Kearns, offers a fresh look at the sociocultural fabric of the Tel Aviv metropolitan area and its position vis-a-vis the rest of the country. In their joint work, the Israeli architect-artist and the Irish city planner-journalist examine the relationship between Tel Aviv and its neighboring cities through photographs, graphic analysis, and statistical data. Participants include architect MK Stav Shafir, Sharon Rotbard, journalist Gideon Levy, architect Sharon Golan-Yaron, content manager of the White City Center, and other speakers, who will discuss selected topics.
Irish Ambassador to Israel, Alison Kelly, will attend the event.
