About
Last month, we entered the building through the entrance hall and explored this intermediary space. Now we focus on the living room.
The German interior designer Dorothee Maier will talk about the connection between the living room, the preservation of a self-identity, and Le Corbusier's personal color palette. The lecture is in English.
Sociologist Dr. Ofra Tene will reveal when was the first time that the main room in the house became known as “Salon,” present the new concept of different rooms in the house
and describe the transition from identical rooms to dedicated spaces.
Shula Widrich, a historian of Tel Aviv, will tell a detective story: her journey in the footsteps of Tony (Tonechka) Liebling - her personal style, her neighbors, and the friends and guests who visited her living room.
